The Yale Control Gear shaft and lever system is ideal manual opening system for high level windows. This system is ideally suited for schools and industrial buildings. The Shaft and Lever System incorporates a series of arms and levers which are mounted along a central horizontal shaft and connected to the window sashes, which when operated by winding a gearbox handle, activates the window sashes allowing them to open and close.
Window sashes are operated by levers connected to the horizontal shaft. The shaft is operated by a gearbox, which can be either manually operated or electrically connected.
