Shipping & Returns

Shipping of Goods
  • Goods are normally shipped in 3-8 working days, should there be any delays in supply the customer will be notified at the earliest opportunity.
  • Goods are shipped via courier with a normal shipment time of 1 - 2 days additional days will be needed for rural or special addresses
    Freight Surcharges may be added to some items E.G. Door Seals due to the high freight charges from these suppliers.

Sales Taxes

We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within New Zealand. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.

Permission to Return and to Receive Credit

We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt. All approved returns will be subject to a minimum 20% surcharge which will be deducted from your credit value.  There may be a further surcharge on some items, due to our suppliers terms,  and this will be advised when requesting the return. We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer. Any especially procured, manufactured or imported items are not eligible for credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.
